This US Mint proof set includes a Silver Eagle, Kennedy Half Dollar, Roosevelt Dime and the 5 Quarters. These plastic holders produced by the US Mint are known for toned coins in this style of holder.

They discontinued this style in 2015 and use individual capsules which solved the problem. Coins have deep frosted cameos & mirror like fields.
