(16) U. S. Clad Mint Proof Sets OGP COA 1999 2006

  

Up for sale is a lot of (16) U. The years are 1999 through 2006, with multiple sets for years 2000 through 2006. All the sets come in the original government packaging, and all but (3) have the certificate of authenticity (the COA is missing from 1999, and 2x 2000 sets). Also, one of the 2004 sets has a crack in one of the holders.
